Calling All Crafters! Cedar Hill Arts & Crafts Fair Needs You!

The Village at Cedar Hill Presents

2019 Fall Arts & Crafts Fair

Saturday, October 19, 2019 10am – 3pm

to benefit Village Activities Fund

Our Village Art project, “We Love the Arts!” , is proud to host a Fall Arts & Craft Fair selling the amazing works of art created by our residents from the Village as well as Memory Care wing over the past year. Framed original paintings, framed signed prints, notecards, and all kinds of beautiful items are available, as well as pre-orders for 2020 calendars now through the end of the year. All sales benefit the Arts Program and the Entertainment Fund for all residents at The Village.

Our residents have been working with volunteer artist Kathleen Eames and with our Activities Facilitators to create a variety of paintings on canvas and other mediums, along with handcrafted art projects.
The purpose of the art program is to take artwork from start to finish, including painting and framing, “to encourage the love of arts and creativity.”
Led by local artist Kathleen Eames, our Village resident artists participate in a weekly art program. Whether they have never picked up a paintbrush in their lives or are accomplished professional artists, everyone enjoys the camaraderie and fun!

In addition, we are welcoming local crafters to join the fun! We are still accepting applications for high-quality local handcrafted products.
