Personal Care Tiers for Assisted Living

At The Village at Cedar Hill, we know every resident’s needs are different—and may change with time. Our clearly defined, flexible tiers of personal care ensure your loved one gets the right support without paying for services they don’t need, offering both peace of mind and cost transparency.

For residents who could use a little extra support, we offer personalized care packages available for an additional monthly fee, based on the level of assistance needed.


Medication Assistance and/or Administration: $34.17/day- $1,025/month

Includes help with daily medications.


Tier 1: Level One Care: $68.13/day – $2,044/month

Includes assistance of one attendant with activities of daily living, including:

  • Daily AM and PM set-up, supervision, and toileting.
  • Physical Assistance with up to two showers/whirlpools weekly.
  • Administration of medication and monitoring of weight and vital signs.


Tier 2: Intermediate Senior Care: $93.50/day- $2,805/month

Includes assistance of one attendant with activities of daily living, including:

  • Physical Assistance of one Resident Assistant with AM and PM care and toileting.
  • Physical Assistance with up to two showers/whirlpools weekly.
  • Administration of medication and monitoring of weight and vital signs.
  • Contact guard with personal assistance with walking and transfers.


Tier 3: Enhanced Intermediate Care: $113.57/day – $3,407/month

Includes assistance of one attendant with activities of daily living, including:

  • Physical Assistance of one Resident Assistant with AM and PM care.
  • Physical Assistance with up to three showers/whirlpools weekly.
  • Administration of medication and monitoring of weight and vital signs.
  • Contact guard with personal assistance with walking and transfers.
  • Personal care for bladder incontinence and a regular toileting program.
