Director of Food Services

Job Summary

The Dietary Director at Cedar Hill Health Care Center manages the food service program to achieve the goal of providing nourishing food, attractively presented on a consistent basis in an aesthetically pleasing setting. Will provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure that food quality standards inventory levels, food safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met. Maintains records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting with knowledge of Long Term Care rules and regulations preferred.
