the Village: RATES

We have a variety of apartments, ranging in size from a 235 square-foot studio up to a nearly 800 square-foot two bedroom, two-bath apartment. Our rates start at  $2,775 for a standard 400-square foot apartment per month for a single person. That fee includes a wide range of services, including three meals per day plus snacks, weekly housekeeping, utilities except telephone, and activities and services. We also have tiers of service depending on the help that you need, such as with medications or dressing. We have an apartment and rates to meet nearly everyone's needs.

At the Village, we have no entry fee. We simply require a month's rent as a security deposit to reserve your apartment. Please call Sue Spadaro, the director of the Village, to get more information on our rates, services, and apartments and to set up a tour. Her number is (802) 674-2254.
