the Village: RATES

We have a variety of apartments, ranging in size from a studio up to a two bedroom, two-bath apartment. Our rates vary by apartment size and services. Our base rate includes a wide range of services, including three meals per day plus snacks, weekly housekeeping, utilities except telephone and cable TV, and activities and services. We also have tiers of assistance depending on the help you need, such as with medications or dressing. We have an apartment and rates to meet nearly everyone's needs.

At the Village, we have no entry fee. We simply require a month's rent as a security deposit to reserve your apartment. Please call Sue Spadaro, the director of the Village, to get more information on our rates, services, and apartments and to set up a tour. Her number is (802) 674-2254.
