As you well know, the thought of moving an elderly parent from his or her home when the time comes is a difficult and emotional burden for a family member. The way you and our staff cooperated with us in helping my mother's original move and the steps that were taken to locate her in Victorian House are particularly appreciated. Again, I must compliment your marvelous staff. They carry on challenging duties with smiles for the residents and families, and are most dutiful. My mother particularly enjoyed this part of her Cedar Hill experience. When she needed medical care, it was there, and when she could have languished in boredom, she found new interests through the activities program to occupy her time.
