Keep your stuff
We'll want it for our Rummage Sale this May or June. Contact Village Director Lucylee Gingras if you have items you can save for our Rummage Sale.
Here's to a Great Staff
We held our annual Staff Recognition Awards Ceremony
January 31st . As usual we feast on Chinese food first and then do
the awards. These awards are very important to our staff because families, residents and fellow staff vote on them.
The Most Professional Staff Member award went to Carol Rogers, RN.
The Unsung Hero award went to Paula Pacyna, unit aide.
First Place for Best Team Player went to Robin Patnode, LNA, with
a close second to Melissa Nugent, LNA.
First place for Most Positive Attitude went to Heidi Cyreus, RA, with a close second to Sharon Belden, LNA.
Congratulations all!
We also honor attendance and longevity with awards. In long-term care, attendance and longevity improve the quality of care our residents receive. They improve the relationships between residents, families and friends, and staff. We are proud to have staff who understand how much consistency in staffing matters to the residents.
Those honored for one year perfect attendance were: Brandi Armstrong, Kathleen Besaw,
Shannon Dion, Barbara Flinn, Gerald Gingras, Sandra
LaPointe, Kandi White, Ruth Martin, Joshua Martini, Sue
Ellen Morin and Paula Pacyna.
Staff honored these staff for six months of perfect attendance: Sharon Belden, Allison Browne, Jolene Clough, Sandra Erickson, Lucylee Gingras, Ashley Bielarski, Helen McMinn, Jennifer Pratt, Susan Spadaro , Theresa White and Gisele Zullo.
Those staff we honored with Longevity awards for 10 or more years of service were Karen Jones, Tina Downing,
Kandi White and Theresa White.
