Pets at Cedar Hill

Pets are welcome!

Cedar Hill is a pet-friendly facility. We believe that animals add to the joy of living and are often great companionship for our residents. In most cases, We allow our residents to keep small pets. Residents must discuss this before moving in, and we negotiate how to take care of the pet. We do charge extra to help take care of a pet.

Our facility already has birds, fish, and cats, and staff dogs come in to the office many days. We often have pets visit Cedar Hill -- we've even had horses and donkeys!

I am a dog and cat lover, and having dogs and cats has always been one of the joys of my life. When I co-founded Cedar Hill with Judy Brogren -- who owned horses, dogs and cats -- we both wanted Cedar Hill to be a home for pet lovers as well. We do our best to help residents who want small pets to keep them, and to make cats, dogs, birds, fish and other animals as much a part of the everyday life of our community as possible. They bring our residents who love pets that special warmth of companionship.
