Cedar Hill is located near the Connecticut River at the base of Mount Ascutney, a few miles south of Windsor, VT. Because of its proximity to Interstate 91, it's easy to get to from any direction.

Map and Directions

Cedar Hill is located directly on Route 5 a few miles south of Windsor, Vermont, only a few miles from Interstate 91.  Our community is easy to get to from any direction.  Please call for additional directions if you need them.

From Norwich, Hanover, Lebanon, and Lyme

Take Interstate 91 south.  Leave the Interstate at exit 8.  Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Route 131 east.  In a moment you will come to a stoplight and four-way intersection. Turn left onto Route 5 north.  Cedar Hill is 2 miles north on the left.

From Claremont, Newport, Sunapee,
and New London

Take Route 11 or Route 103 west through Claremont and into Vermont.  After you cross the steel bridge into Vermont, you will come to a stoplight and four-way intersection. Turn right onto Route 5 north.  Cedar Hill is 2 miles north on the left.

From Meriden, Plainfield, and Cornish

Take Route 12 to the Cornish-Windsor covered bridge.  Cross the bridge into Windsor.  Turn left at the stoplight onto Route 5 south.  Cedar Hill is 3-1/2 miles south on the right.

From Springfield, Charlestown,
Walpole and Bellows Falls

Take Interstate 91 north.  Leave the Interstate at exit 8.  Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Route 131 east.  In a moment you will come to a stoplight and four-way intersection. Turn left onto Route 5 north.  Cedar Hill is 2 miles north on the left.

From Brownsville and Reading

Take Route 44 East into Windsor. In Windsor turn right onto Route 5 south.  Cedar Hill is 3-1/2 miles south on the right.
